If you require urgent assistance, please specify the [URGENT] tag in the subject field of your email.

Please use our cryptographic key to ensure integrity and confidentiality when sending any sensitive information to M-CERT.

M-CERT’s hours of operation are generally restricted to regular business hours (09:00-12:00/14:00-18:00, CET/CEST (DST), Monday to Friday). M-CERT is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on French bank holidays.
